Can this be used with Jello?

I don't think so, would be hard to get out unless you tried freezing it solid

It is pink and I don't think it would work for butter cream icing, I used it for fondant. I put mine in the freezer for about 15 mins and the fondant was easier to get out and not get damaged. I did use the fondant roses and flowers and trimmed in butter cream it looked nice, but cake was in fondant. If you tried butter cream you might freeze it till frozen then pop out and thaw for cake. But that would take some time to make several with one mold.

Does this mold have a shiny or matte finish (shiny mold finish=shiny resin finish)?

The pink silicone molds give a shiny resin finish

How do I get to the chocolate rose out of this mold?

Its really easy to use your going to kind fold the mold back once the chocolate has already hardened the rose its self will start coming out i love it for faster use once u have put in the chocolate in set in freezer for at least 5-10 minutes it comes perfectly
