These are the perfect drip coffee filters........IF YOU.....are a person whom makes a full pot of coffee in the morning on your machine. In my Moccamaster coffee machine making a full pot of coffee will cause coffee debris to eventually block the flow through most filters; thus water passage slows down considerably. Then you end up with over-extracted coffee. With these filters, I can make a full pot of coffee and the flow never slows down. And the coffee never ends up tasting as a bad batch made! Highly recommend for people making coffee for many people with a full pot of a drip machine. 10 cups or more at once!

The Abaca filters have a distinct texture/weight to them. You can expect these to pour a touch faster. If you taste slightly acidic coffee, try grinding slightly finer than you would with Hario or Kalita filters. Sizing is accurately 02 (2-4 cups). Paper taste is minimal compared to other brands. I’ve been brewing mainly on Cafec (this one) filters and it’s been a fun change for me. Tastes slightly cleaner, but like I said - it drains a bit faster so stay open minded on changing your technique! Expect 4-5 cups of fine tuning yo dial it down. Last bonus tip for ceramic/metal drip users (not plastic) - when your water starts to steam (200F and above) take the kettle lid off and put your dripper over the steam for 15ish seconds, and brew immediately before it cools back down. This will heat up your dripper so the heat that is needed to extract coffee will not be stolen by cold dripper. This tip will give you much less sour coffee - something that might be more important if you use a fast draining filter and lighter roasted coffee. Happy drinking!

CAFEC are my favorite filters for pour over. I was excited to find this trapezoid version that fits perfectly in the Fellow Aiden coffee machine.

These filters do not fit do not fit the Macha master coffee machine they are too small

Cafec makes some of the best if not the best filters on the market today. These trapezoid filters are no exception. They work very well with the Hario Pegasus and Zero Japan dripper. Otherwise known as the beehouse dripper. Enjoy!
