Bought as a gift, came in an unmarked cardboard box but the actual pieces were wrapped in logo tissue paper. My friend was very happy.

Attractive and lots of space for every kind of thing
Just love the adaptability of this product. It looks very smart and has a variety of types of storage. I like the fact I can just buy more stacks if I run out of space but this set is more than adequate.

Love this. Feels sturdy and good quality. Really easy to see and organise all my jewellery and know what pieces I have when getting ready. Looks really neat and tidy on my dresser

Absolutely beautiful jewellery box
I personally love that the layers all seperate and this was a reason I chose it, if it was hinged then everything would just fall around but by taking the layers off they all stay where they should.I would like more options though on the trays, and it would be nice if the additonal ring storage would fit the large three tray securely but other than that it is wonderful. Minor items but for me the reason marked down 1 star.The delivery however was actually a disaster and I am exceptionally disappointed with Amazon over this, it was due to be delivered on Saturday between 9am and 9pm, I waited in all day for it to not turn up. When I called the American lady in customer service couldn't be less interested in helping if she tried! What I was told was that sorry but it's not our fault we've sourced that out to Hermes, well as a customer I bought it from Amazon so I expect Amazon to take responsibility for the delivery! It eventually turned up the following evening so two days wasted waiting in, poor show Amazon poor show!

Brilliant
I havent seen the actual product yet as I bought it for a 21st present for my daughter. It arrived at my house in a box and when i open that each tier (I bought 4 tiers) we beautifully individually wrapped making the gift look very elegant. I would buy from here again
