The company shipped a defective/returned item as a new one.
It wasn't packaged in the original packaging. Just card board wrapped in tape. No instructions. It was missing mounting hardware. Luckily I've installed several of these and knew what I needed. Once I mounted the unit, I found out that it has a slight delay when unlocking. I would have sent it back but, I needed the unit while the better quality one I ordered arrived. My fault for trying to go cheap. Will never order from this company again.
