Helps control sugar spikes when eating out
I use this specifically when I know I’ll be eating a high-carb meal, like pizza or heavier foods at outings. It helps keep my blood sugar from spiking as much as it normally would. It’s not something I take daily, but for occasional use, I’ve noticed a difference in how I feel afterward. As with any supplement, results may vary, but this has worked well for me in those situations where I want a little extra support.

Might work well?
Quite frankly I'm not sure how well these work. I don't have any tests or any science behind results. The pills are really big so if you have issues swallowing normal sized pills you are not going to get these down. These things are about the size of a suppository. That being said I had a really weird side effect using these. If I use them around 30 minutes or so before a meal like you were supposed to do I've noticed that I don't taste salt as much. I don't know if it's a weird side effect from taking the white kidney bean extract or if it's reacting with my medicine in a weird way. But I noticed salty foods taste way less salty when I take these with enough time before a meal.

Not really sure they work but I have lost weight along with changing my diet, so what the hell, I'll keep using they.

These little darlins' are just right when I'm gong out to ear or having a binge moment. I appreciate the quality and know I"m getting my monies' worth. I wouldn't be without them, a great value. I do not notice any side effects such as tummy rumbles or gas..

They work!
I love these! Occasionally, I go off script with my diet and take these. The pill size doesn't bother me because I've taken other brands and with these, I know the carbs are blocked because of how I go to the bathroom. It's not right after for me, maybe like a few hours later. So, I have time to go out, enjoy myself and get back home. I have a super sensitive stomach, but it doesn't bother me much at all 🤗 I order several different items from this brand for years!

Made me very sick!
Took only one dose as directed after a meal. A few hours later got extremely sick, stomach cramps and nausea to the point of vomiting. Worst several hours in years.

When on a low carb diet it really helps control the carbs!
