Good kit.
Good kit. No instructions.Don’t be fooled. Putting a new battery into an iPhone is a complicated, tedious, and time consuming job. It took me over two hours. The screws are tiny: smaller than a period on a printed page. They are the smallest screws that I had ever worked with. You will need still hands, excellent vision and a hell of a lot of patience. Don’t just watch one YouTube video, watch 5. It is easy to break or bend parts. Record your disassembly with another phone to ensure you can put back together what you have taken apart. Be very careful not to lose the microscopic screws. Be aware that they come in several sizes and it’s easy to mix up the screws. Those little screws can go flying. Be careful of the old battery. Mine was swollen which is dangerous. Never cut or stab a battery or it will catch fire 🔥 and possibly explode.

New Life for my old iPhone6
To install this battery, you'll need to find a good YouTube video to walk you through it. All of the necessary tools are included in the kit, so you're good there. The hardest part is removing the front cover, and i used a razer knife slid in horizontally to get it started. As for long life, I've had the battery in about a week, and have only recharged it twice. Charged to 100% overnight, by bedtime it had only dropped to 95%. I don't use my phone for much more than phone calls, checking the weather and messages. I use my iPad for the big stuff. Based on my usage and experience thus far, I could easily go 4-5 days on a single charge.

And the phone company said I needed a new phone.
If you are mechanically inclined, have steady hands, good eyesight, and can follow instructions, you can watch a video on how to change the battery on an I Phone. I'm not going to lie to you and tell you it's a piece of cake. Those screws are almost like threaded PEPPER! I don't know how they even threaded anything that small. But, my husband, who refuses to get a smart phone because he doesn't want to learn to use it, decided he could fix mine. They laughed at him at the phone store, until I came back in the next day and told them he put in the new battery and it works like new. They then asked him if he wanted a job. At 75 years old, he thanked them and said no. The battery is great. It holds a charge as well as the original, and the phone works great. All for a whole lot less than $800 for a new phone!

I should have done this years ago!
Forget the official 1700mah Apple battery, it's tiny and totally obsolete these days. I've had my 6S's battery officially replaced at an Apple store a few times for $60 each time, and in hindsight it was a waste of money. In addition, the Apple "genius" was totally wrong and told me the battery health does not go up to "100%" in the settings, which of course it does. This battery has far more capacity and for the first time since I first got my 6S, I don't have to constantly be charging it. Goodbye battery anxiety. This has been a massive relief. I don't even have to charge it every day! Installing the battery was a fun little project and not very difficult to follow along with the tutorials. The only difficult part is cleanly pulling out the adhesive strips under the battery to remove it. This kit comes with all the tools you could need and then some, including precision tweezers. It's really an incredible deal for the price. This kit should cost double this price. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner. This has added at least a couple years to my 6S's life, and I hope to do a factory reset next to extend it even more.

Complete kit, sim key, gasket and fast ship!
I got this kit the same day my battery died and got it in by 4pm in the afternoon. I like Amazon fast shipping because I was in dire need of this battery. This is the second battery I have replaced myself. Batteries that are available keep getting higher mAh. The original mAh for the iPhone 6s was 1800mAh. My first diy replacement was 2200mAh and that was a good battery that I chose by looking at online reviews (non Amazon) and that lasted quite a few years. I milked the last year, I should have replaced the battery sooner. When you have an over-amped battery the iOS will keep saying your battery is at 100% even when it is shutting down your device and overheating way at the end and really affecting performance. So that is good to keep in mind. This battery is rated at 3300mAh I believe. This is probably a real rating, or close to. These "over"-amped batteries are a few millimeters larger and they use thinner layers in order to get more mAh in the battery. The thinner layers are probably more fragile and while you get a bigger battery while it works, the thinness of the layers may actually make your battery fail sooner. We'll see how this one holds up.The kit was good, even though I didn't need all of it. I liked the screw driver tips because I already have a 39 tip set with a nice handle and I can use these tips with that handle even though the included handle is pretty nice for a kit. The suction cup was a little rough, but it worked. The spuger and plastic pics were nice. They even include a sim drawer poker which I needed to use as my iPhone 6s was down for about 8 hours, and that apparently causes problems with the 6s sim chip and you lose service. Turn off phone, pop out sim chip, wipe, return, and restart and service should be restored. I did have a problem with the screen gasket tape. It is late November and the gasket needs to be a little warm or it won't stick and naturally it wasn't sticky at all. I already had my screen re-plugged in to test connections and I should've had the sticker on there first before connecting the screen. Not wanting to wreck anything, I ran out of patience and just didn't use the screen gasket. Maybe next battery with better planning and summer weather or a hair dryer or something to preheat the sticker gasket.UPDATE: Battery is still going strong. I was having issues with the battery running down too quickly already, but then I left it plugged in longer and apparently it keeps charging up more past when it says 100%. This is because it is more amps than a regular stock replacement battery and the phone OS really doesn't recognize everything. So after leaving it overnight and longer to charge, I restarted the iPhone to reset the battery readings and now my battery lasts a lot longer. I think it has been two years. I am really pleased.

Dud from the start
Took 1 night to find out that this was pretty junk. I know the 6s is an old phone but I like to keep a couple around just for playing music via bluetooth. The old battery wouldn’t hold a charge anymore so I got this and… 1st night it got to 43% but no further… I unplugged it and within seconds it went to 22%. So I plugged it back in… that night I saw it was at 31%. Unplugged it and it was instantly down to 27%. Would not recommend. Would never buy from this company again. Extremely disapponted!! If possible would leave zero stars.
