I really enjoy the all Allegro products but the Hot and Spicy is my personal favorite. It's perfect for when you want something with a little kick without breaking out in a sweat. A great ratio of smoke and spice flavor. Perfect for any beef or pork product or use it to dress your vegetables to give them a little zing.
