If the misfire is ignition based then yes this and spark plugs may fix it. There are other components that can cause a misifrw though. Try moving the effected cylinder ignition coil to another cylinder and see if it follows. If it moves then likely the coil is bad.

Will these work for 2008 tacoma v6 4.0 prerunner dbl cab?

I am running these in my 2006 4Runner. It has the V-6. So, I believe they should fit.

Does the 2008 toyota camry 4l nap fit?
