Morton's Original Biltong Seasoning Spice As Used On Our Award Winning Tong (450 Gram)

The biltong mix arrived in time and the first batch made is very tasty!

I was looking forward to this but something is not quite right. Doesn't appear to be traditional authentic ingredients almost like ground up oxo cubes in the mix for umami flavours!? Weight was less than pack stated on label. Instructions and weight per kg of meat are ambiguous 50g-100g per kg doesn't help anybody. Disappointed but flavour overall is ok once you get over the saltiness but definitely not award winning.

I like my salt, but this is way over salted. It burns your mouth. Most terrible biltong spice i've ever had.No instructions on how to use.
