LEGION Vitality – Natural Wellness Supplement w/BlueBoreal, Rhodiola Rosea, Co-Q10 & L-Ergothioneine –30 SVG

First, I am a huge fan of legion supplements and like the many I have taken before and currently this one did not disappoint. On a normal day I consume about 3-4 cups of coffee and usually a preworkout drink to stay energized and motivated throughout the day.Sincere taking Vitality I find myself with a lot more energy and focus without all the caffeine. For the last week I’m down to two cups of coffee a day and feel great all day. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone who has a busy day to day life.

I feel no difference in my day to day

Yuck. I ate one of these not knowing that it is not a chewable gummy type of situation and man it tastes like burnt bacon. I am not sure what kind of snack treat these are supposed to be but the idea that you want to eat more than one is completely ridiculous. So then what are you supposed to do with a whole bottle? Makes no sense. Apparently these are banned for athletes at the Olympics because the flavor is too strong.

Quality product. No gastric issues. The casing itself is a high quality. Easy to swallow and doesn’t leave a bad taste. Some supplements impact people differently. I can’t say I feel 100% different than before but I certainly don’t feel worse like some supplements can make you feel.

I have used other supplements from Legion, and this one is by far the one I don't want to be without. It does what it claims on the front of the bottle. I definitely have more energy throughout the day, increased mental clarity and I feel less stressed, which is important while dealing with the challenges of homeschooling. This supplement does not cause jitters or a racing heart or a sense of being hyper. It is more subtle and all of a sudden you realize you didn't need an afternoon coffee or two to keep going.Thank you Michael...this one is spectacular.

I liked that these came well sealed with 2 different types of safety labels. They also don't have a weird smell or any gross after taste.Other than that, I don't really have much positive to say. The ingredients aren't really anything "wow". A little further research into them didn't sound very promising. The capsules are also pretty large even compared to other capsule supplements I have. You're supposed to take 3 day which just feels like choking down a lot. I haven't noticed any kinda of improvement or effect at all and the for the price I would have hoped to. Seems gimmicky. Kind of disappointed in these. Would not recommend.

I’ve taken it for weeks and I can’t tell it does anything. No stomach/ GI issues. Easy to swallow. No strange flavor or after-taste.
