Yes this is painful and my friends think I am crazy but this mat is amazing. It shows the incredible power of the mind. It hurts like heck when you first lay down on it but usually within minutes I can't even feel it anymore. I do my deep breathing and relax and I have even fallen asleep on this. I have arthritis and stenosis along with muscle problems in my back and neck and this mat helps everything. But it also helps my mind and calms my emotions. When I wake up before my alarm and am frustrated that I can't go back to sleep, I lay on this and end up feeling calm and energized the rest of the day. Also massages are getting so expensive I can't get one as often as I want and this mat is as relaxing and helpful as a massage is.

Happy I found it on youtube and bought it on Amazon. This product has very high quality, made of 100% natural stuff. It's very beautiful, and I like the box, and brochure which came with it. Most important for me, it helps if you have some back pain time to time. I sit most of the day when I work and after I've started to use it 3-4 times a week before going to sleep, I feel much better. I'm using it together with a pranapillow.

It seems to be helping my back and hip issues. I lay on it 10-15 mins on my back and 10-15 each on my sides. It is not as sharp (poky?) as I originally thought when I first got it, which is nice. It doesn't hurt to lay on, after a while it itches a little, but nothing I can't handle. Make sure to wear a shirt when using it. I would recommend it, and have, to my friends.

This mat is exponentially more expensive than other mats of its kind and not only is it extra sharp but its also extremely uncomfortable. The environmentally friendly coconut fibers is a nice feature if you feel strongly about that however it do not allow for any give and does not provide any cushioning whatsoever. That makes it even more harsh if you want the maximum therapeutic value of using it on the the floor. And in my case, it did more harm than good in regards to pain. I had thought this would be an upgrade from the cheaper mat I had bought to try first but it isn't. I like my cheaper one much better. The only reason I decided to give it at least two stars is because it seems to be of quality that is built to last. Other than that, I see no use in spending the ridiculous amount of money for this. Returned promptly.

Cuatro meses después de su compra estoy en condiciones de evaluarla, y aunque al principio fui reticente por su precio, lo cierto es que es lo vale. Es una inversión en salud y funciona. Lo escribe alguien con diversas y complejas patologías que han mejorado bastante, en cuanto a dolor, con el uso de esta esterilla. No voy a mentir, al principio duele o molesta, pero posteriormente la relajación y la calma son una bendición. Volvería a comprarla. De hecho, ahora tengo también la almohada. Si tuviera que elegir solo una, me decantaría ,sin duda, por esta esterilla.

Bought this ages ago and still love it. Whenever I feel exhausted or achey, I lie on it and I'm guaranteed a great night's sleep. It's also great when you need a boost of energy. Simply put your feet on the mat and you'll feel the difference straight away. Such a healthy, natural way to heal your body and mind. As for aiding weight loss, I'm not sure if you'll necessarily see a huge difference but if you're considering purchasing this mat, you're probably already aware of the importance of cleansing your body from within and how that can affect bodyweight. I like to use it to wind down in the evenings or after pilates or yoga.

Non avevo il mal di schiena, ma sapevo che avrebbe aiutato a rilassare i muscoli. Ha veramente migliorato la qualità della vita, migliorata la circolazione, diminuita la ritenzione idrica ed è fantastico per rilassare i muscoli a fine giornata!

Le tapis d'acupression est parfaitement adapté pour recouvrer du bien être et de la forme. Il est exact qu'il ne soulage pas le dos plus que cela, ce n'est pas à proprement parler sa vocation première. Il permet surtout le bien être. Les premières minutes sont parfois un peu délicates, mais dès qu'on est habitué aux picotements, la sensation de bien être domine et on ne ressent plus aucune gène.
