My husband installed this super quickly. The instructions weren't that clear but it was intuitive enough. We like the long hose it comes with. We have a top mounted rain shower head which isn't the traditional install method but it still worked out. We probably should of gotten the bigger head but it's adequate. The head is a little loose so it swivels so easily .

Always wanted one of these and finally got one. It's just what I thought it would be. I love the rain can't get enough but the hand held is good to. Excellent water pressure good buy.

The issue about the shower leaking is the joint just past where it connects to the pipe coming out of the wall . Everyone who buys this must take it apart and tighten the hex nut with a 10 mm hex wrench ( also it has left handed threads) this will fix the issue of leaking.

I've bought three of these. We bought two for our two showers, but then we decide to move shortly after and instead of risking the integrity of bringing it with us, we've just invested in another one for the new place. Very good pressure on both the handheld and the rain shower head. If I had one teeny complaint, it would be I wish the handheld cord was like 3 inches longer so it could reach a little closer to the bottom of the tub, but honestly, it's not a problem and is fine. Just know if you need it for washing a smaller pet or want something to be able to get lower to the tub bottom, likely this handheld cord isn't long enough for that.

The media could not be loaded. Had issues getting the rainfall shower head attached successfully without leaks. The threading appears to be off and even after replacing the Teflon tape several times and trying again we were still unable to get a leak-proof seal. My boyfriend is pretty strong but it still took him 15 minutes and a tremendous amounts of pressure just to get the shower head on completely 85%. You’ll see where we used an adjustable wrench to tighten it because the one that was sent did not fit this fitting. Even if it did, it wouldn’t have with stood the pressure and torque needed to tighten it. The one we used ultimately stripped the powder coating off, which caused cosmetic issues (very annoying). As others have mentioned, the hand held is made of low quality plastic but the rain shower head feels to be made of a type of metal and feels a bit more durable. I’m not sure if the powder coating cause some additional issues with the threading due to the attic thickness. We will likely return this one and purchase another product if the seller doesn’t resolve.

Other than it being inaccessible in the fact that a shorter person could reach the knobs to control water flow between the heads and in general, I find myself having to control it more from the actual faucet to get less pressure or more. I do LOVE that it has both attachments. I use a shower chair and only do a real big shower 2-3x a week, with help, due to my conditions that make life difficult. So my partner or career has to adjust that for me if I can't stand up that day. I like being independent. I have it figured out so that I can have some water running down my back and keeping me warmer than only using the handheld part on its own. I don't freeze as much as I used to while I'm being helped to bathe-it makes for a much better experience to have some water coming from the top and having more control with the handheld. Showering is an extreme sport for me (with my conditions it's like a rollercoaster), this makes it easier on my anxiety because I know I don't have to shiver all over when washing different parts of my body and my hair. It's great for my hair which gets really dirty. I have problems with water touching my skin; I get a rash. Thankfully, this showerhead and the control you have with it, between the different positions for the rain showerhead and the many modes for the handheld piece positions, make it tolerable to shower. The middle opening for water to come out of the rain fall top portion sticks straight out (90%) if you pose it above a certain point (~60-65° angle). So you have to watch your eyes and face. My honey is thinking of plugging that particular hole to seal it so it doesn't do that but tis one little tiny thing. We've gotten by without changing yet. We have two babys at home and have a BIG family and everyone likes it.Short version of review.My whole family loves the showerhead combo. From babies to a disabled shower chair user, we can all use it. We are all different heights as well, and it still works. Has a could things that could be improved, accessibility wise for short people, and people with dexterity issues. Good luck on your search! This one works for all of us, from the babies to myself, who uses a wheelchair and a shower chair and need shelf to shower. It's a better experience than it ever has been.
