LEGOMixels Mixel Trumpsy 41562 Building Kit

Legos are just the best for buiding with my grandson. He is 7 and has been building them since he was 3. He feels a sense of accomplishment b/c he can read and understand the instructions. He has learned to visualize things from any angle and recognise them by shape. We have used other building kits but they have problems, like poor instructions and pieces that sometimes don't fit. The customer service line is a big help too, for any questions. If there is a missing part (I haven't had this happen in over two years; it seems that the quality control has improved), they replace it instantly. Same with broken pieces. I once had an item that developed cracks in two pieces (they were same) and Lego replaced them without questions. I still had the instruction book and was able to identify them by the pieces guide in the back.

This is the only place that I can actually find these discontinued gems for my son! He absolutely loves Trumpsy & was glad I could find it for him! Thanks again!

My children love the Mixels, and Legos encourage fine motor and direction following skills. If you don't know, each bag contains one figure. However, if you purchase all three in the "set," you can go online to Lego.com and find directions to build one BIG figure (of the three "mixed" together, hence the name "Mixels"). These Mixels make great gifts, both if you plan to give just one bag or all three in the set.

Perfect size for stocking stuffer, party favor, or travel! We put this in a travel entertainment bag and it was a hit! Just enough blocks to keep a kid entertained, but not so many that it takes up much space.

Lego Mixels are cheap and don't have a lot of pieces, but the finished product looks great. Trumpsy is really interesting. We like the fact that its cheeks are made of yellow dome pieces.
