I’ve taken for several nights now. I waited to write a review until I was certain. I have developed awful restless leg at night. It has kept me awake for hours and sometimes the whole night. I was desperate. I reduced caffeine and sugar, but nothing helped entirely. And it seemed random or without warning. These pills do work, but I have to take several. I’ve taken up to 5 and try to stick with 4 or less. Still finding my balance. Maybe I can reduce to 3 eventually. Hope that’s safe. For the price, it is worth it. I find that the pills work all night. They are small and dissolve quickly. So, easy, inexpensive, effective, and long lasting. ✔️✔️✔️✔️

Listen, I love my legs. They may be thicker than a snicker and closer to Casper in complexion, but they carry me around. Because of them I can chase my crazy children around the house or rush through the grocery store like an Olympic athlete.But at night? These gams are not my jam.At night my legs turn into possessed, wiggly spaghetti noodles that have a mind of their own. The uncontrollable urge to literally just twitch and jolt my legs around is unbearable. Lucky for me, I have a husband who could literally sleep through an alien invasion. Probes and all.I was on a medication for it for years, but it eventually stopped working for me. I've also tried any and all recommended activities and supplements, the glory of RLS just runs in my family. I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must.I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

These work for restless legs. If I didn't have these I would almost never be able to really sleep. I try to skip some days wen I can because it isn't supposed to be used daily but I almost use it daily. It works good. This is as good as it get for people with restless legs syndrome since there really is no permanent fix.

I Have restless legs and I am glad I have something that seems to help. I usually only have to take 2 but on bad nights might take 4. I feel the are effective and happy with getting some sleep.

I was skeptical but ordered this product to try to help with my restless legs at night. Sure enough, this did the trick! I re-ordered it several times but soon started to realize that it was triggering migraine for me. I have no idea why or what ingredient(s) might have caused it, but I have had to discontinue its use.I gave this product 3 stars because i found it to be quite effective for restless legs, but unfortunately I am unable to take it due to the side effects. :( The search continues for something to help me sleep at night.

I was despite. My husband has terrible restless legs at night & I had to put a pillow between us because he would kick really hard. It was continual all night. I won’t say it has completely stop the motion but he doesn’t kick. His legs use to go like he was running a race. Now it’s reduces & much gentler movements. He takes 2 at bedtime & I have reordered. Think I’ll bump him to 3 to see if it eliminates all movement. He isn’t Simone that will take things but this he doesn’t mind.
