Tomahawk Live Trap Model 108SS - Professional Series Trap for Raccoon, Feral Cats, Woodchucks and Similar Size Animals

This trap is much better made with stronger wire and a double door. It took a few nights but finally caught this huge raccoon that was raiding the bird feeder. I don't care about how hard it is to open the front door when setting the trap or letting the trapped animal out. Wish I had spent the extra money and got the one with the extra door in the back of trap for letting the animal out. We have caught some nasty mean raccoon's and just don't want to get bitten. Best trap around cause it is made in a town not far from us and US made and very strong and sturdy.

Spent years using these on the job for Fish and Wildlife trapping and relocating Raccoon and possum. Now retired, I have my own raccoon problems to contend with. Who did I go with? The best trap I had seen in over 30 years of use. They don't have a chance to get trap-wise when you use Tomahawk to start with. A large raccoon will destroy a lesser trap given enough time and attitude.

These traps are above average. I bought 4 to scatter around the property. If you plan on using your wild animal trap more than once, buy these. If you only plan to need it once, buy something cheaper.

Great trap. Sturdy and well made. Animals can't get out once they are caught.

Cage very well constructed. It was purchased for the catch and release of armadillos that were messing up my yard. I purchased a have hart 1079 before this one and the first armadillo totally destroyed it. I would highly recommend the tomahawk 108ss.
