Do not buy this item, I bought one in November 22 , it has failed and Amazon won.t take it back.
I bought this item in November 22, and has been in our spare room so has only been used 6 times. Now when you turn it on after 5 minutes the screen fails.Amazon's T&C's says they won't do anything about it and won't take it back despite being covered the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Awful service and I will never buy an item like this off the Amazon web site again when they only provide a 30's return policy for faulty goods!

It's how I see it
This isn't a top of the range tv such as LG etc but neither is the price & for the price it's excellent. Further than that mine arrived damaged (in transit) & the company couldn't have been more helpful in arranging for it to be picked up, at my convenience & dispatching a replacement which works great. This is for my bedroom & I have to say it's ideal & I would recommend this firm all day long.

description reads that it has 3 x HDMI ports but only has 2, it also states it has 2 x USB ports but only has 1.

never worked properly now not working within a year of purchase
I found these issues...leg fixtures are poorly aligned making it difficult to screw them to the deviceblack surround frame does not cover the end of the screen so you see the electronics- bright lights that are not part of the picture in a small part of the screen, all the way down the left hand sidedue to the position of the HDMI socket which are under the screen, you also have to purchase an extension lead in order to attach other devises, not an issue if you intend to wall mount- which is likely to be the rationale behind this design

Disappointed
Very disappointed with the slow response when using the remote. When pressing the epg button very slow to display along with other items

Hmm - Quality Control?
I bought this for my son's 17th birthday - who loves it bless him. When the TV first came on there was a very noticeable gap between the screen and the bezel. I did think of mending it myself (nail varnish!) - but I got in touch with the seller and told them instead. 5 weeks later I have heard nothing. I can't prize it from my son's hands or else I'd send it back.My advice is to spend a bit more and buy a LG or Sony etc.
