Hi, this is my 4th or 5th Fitbit through Amazon and for the first time have faced this issue - have purchased Fitbit Sense Advance in October and now the display brightness is not working and if you see the screenshots some alphabets are not reflecting so am not able to change the face watches as it is not reflecting the figures or alphabets or no's and am struggling to see things on my Fitbit. Need to get this repaired at the earliest.

Quality of its dial makes you feel premium. I gifted it to my wife and she loves it look and feel. Health apps are also quite accurate.

Works 6 days after a single charge. ECG is not that comprehensive. I’d not extend the subscription beyond the trial period. Tracks other health parameters well. Nothing exceptional to write about.

This i buy for my aunty. She is 70 year's old and it will track her heartbeat, sleep and breath perfectly.

Stopped working right after the warranty period. LoL

I have purchased in year 2020 after comparing Samsung watch 3 , Fitbit Sense and Apple watch 5,6 (6 SE is not having ECG, I do not fit into apple eco system due to my requirement of flexibility). I was weighing between Samsung watch 3 and Fitbit Sense. I have chosen Fitbit Sense though both are having many similar features, especially considering battery life of sense (though it is not having wireless charging, BP and one more important feature fall alert). I have purchased carbon black from Electroarena, Amazon (now listing unavailable) at Rs 29900 against the listing price of Rs 36k. I have received it with good additional package and manufacturer's sealed condition. It is made in Taiwan. The parameters like Heart rate appears to be accurate compared to other watches , It's EDA feature is yet to be assessed. It is having SpO2 and skin temperature sensor as a average but not having option of on demand measurement , it is not yet having fall alert, at this cost and over this there is a premium service hence 1 star reduced.It measures spo2 as a average on trend that too during in night on particular Clock face for systematic analysis . Temperature as up / downs over base value as a average on trend in night. All features are working as designed. Update 07.02.2021 Caution with step count check. I have observed that it has combination of primary and swing and secondary without hand swing, in view this it will count and decide internally if there is change from primary mode, during this the counter display stops there but adds all the steps as it feels suitable suddenly. For all practical purposes it is ok , but checking it's accuracy is a challenge. Update on 11.02.21 ECG Trick2: Open chrome with VPN , log in to Fitbit account (web site) , go to dash board , go to right top corner , go to settings (gear symbol) again select settings (not sense) , it will reach to "personal info" or come to here in any other way. Select country as UK or US ( or any ECG authorized country, but time zone to be local e.g Kolkata) Now open fitbit app through VPN, go to account , go to Sense and go to apps , ECG should be available and ready to install. Close all. Now ECG app will not be deleted from the watch automatically even without VPN. Update 25.04.21: Default strap replaced with TASLAR Replacement Stainless Steel Metal Mesh with Magnetic Closure . However the default tpu type strap is slightly more comfortable at least during sleeping. Update 01.06.2021 Free premium subscription ended. Now all features are working except premium guided videos which i never used. One useful feature left out is personal ranges ( high /low graph lines are not invisible now ) at Health Matrics which they should not have done ( I have noted those ranges for my body in excel to refer in case of doubt which is not as convenient), rarely used the premium 30 days trend which is also missing. Hence we can easily manage without their monthly subscription. But they are bringing more features day by day , one decide on premium subscription. Update 15.11.2021. I want to take one more for my wife, But as BP needs to be checked frequently to administer a medicine, we have taken Samsung Watch 4 (black). BP function is usable with installation of patched apk to watch and BP calibration using hospital grade BP machine. ECG also working. Watch 4 battery is lasting within 24 - 28 hours even without always on display , this is the biggest inconvenience . Watch 4 is comparatively difficult to wear due to strap buckle design with single hand. Watch 4 looks inferior (subjective) compared to Sense.

Cumple perfectamente sus funciones. Te da mucha información sobre tu actividad física, como duermes, etc. La he enlazado a MyFitnessPal fácilmente y enriquece con más datos de las calorías que como y gasto.

Soy clienta asidua de Fitbit desde hace casi 7 años, me encanta su plataforma pues es muy amigable. Dentro de los monitores también representa uno de los más baratos y con el diseño más lindo. Cambié al fitbit Sense, pues mi monitor anterior, el Versa, dejó de funcionar. Ese es el único tema con el que me he enfrentado con la marca Fitbit; sus devices no me duran más de 2 años, y encuentro que no son tan impermeables como se presume, pues cada que dejan de funcionarme es porque nadé con ellos varios días (en mar, albercas, cenotes). Me parece que el Sense podría ser distinto al no tener botones como tal, sino un tipo de sensor que funciona como lo hacían éstos y así no hay manera de que se cuele agua en el monitor. Me parece también que el soporte técnico es muy bueno, pues como lo conté en las líneas anteriores, mis devices dejaban de funcionar y fitbit se encargaba de apoyarme e incluso enviarme nuevos monitores. Esto es lo que más me ha convencido de la marca; están comprometidos con el usuario. Dentro de los assets adicionales que Fitbit tiene; hay rutinas de ejercicio que puedes ver desde el monitor o la app del celular; tiene foros de discusión; cuenta con una versión premium para tener acceso a contenidos para cuidar tu salud, más entrenamientos, etc (yo no la he usado) En cuanto a sus funciones; El Sense trae nuevos assets: medición de temperatura en sueño, medición del estrés, a partir de tocar con la palma entera el monitor durante un minuto. Sesiones de meditación o respiración. Rutinas de ejercicio, métricas promedio de todos tus signos vitales; consejos para mejorarlos. erc, La batería me está durando un poco más que el sense, siendo que no estoy registrando todos mis entrenamientos, por lo que mi uso es muy pasivo. El monitor carga más rápido en su charger. En el caso del sense, me está sucediendo que no es muy exacto con las métricas de temperatura, e incluso sueño. Mis entrenamientos no se trackean automáticamente, tengo que activar la función de manera manual, cuando antes no tenía que hacerlo en el Versa, el monitor lo identificaba solo. Si lo comparo con monitores como Garmin, me parece que fitbit es mucho más amigable y es para personas como yo, que no somos atletas pero cuidamos mucho nuestro cuerpo y estamos al pendiente de nuestras funciones vitales. En el caso de Samsung, estos son excelentes monitores, pero tienen un precio mayor y te atan a tener un celular de su marca, de Apple ni hablo, porque es una grosería lo que cuestan y no son tan exactos. Espero les haya ayudado mi reseña.

I like my Fitbit Sense. I like it a lot. I originally bought my first one in 2021. It worked very well. Then it stopped charging. I cleaned the contacts on the back of the watch. I tried several of my charging cords. It still wouldn't charge. One of my kids suggested that I consider getting a new smart watch that's made by a different company. I caved & purchased a new one since I thought my battery must have died in my watch. In the meantime, I also purchased a new charging cord for my old Fitbit Sense. It worked & my old Fitbit Sense charged perfectly. Uh oh! Lesson learned, thoroughly check all charging cords & charging blocks to device in question. Ugh! At that point, I then owned 2 fitness watches. I gave my daughter the old Fitbit Sense since it worked. My problem was that with the new competitioners fitness watch was that although it looked pretty cool, I really hated the app that was attached to it. I thought I would get used to it but I didn't. I really hated it's format which made the watch useless to me. It was more geared for an elite athlete, which I am not. My predicament was that I couldn't take back my old watch from my child, especially after she already bought watch bands & accessories. Unfortunately I wasn't going to keep the new watch. It was too expensive to have an app that didn't work for me. After checking around where I could buy a Fitbit sense original, I was sad to see that Fitbit stopped making the original anymore. I really liked my old Fitbit sense. The upgraded Sense 2 has omitted some features that I liked on the original. Luckily when I looked on Amazon I found they some in stock & I was able to purchase a new Fitbit Sense. I really do like the Fitbit Sense. I think it's a pretty good workhorse & I'm happy I found it. I know that in a near future it will be very difficult to find a new original one. I thought the price was pretty good. It was definitely less than the original one I owned previously. I wish there were some more features as far as watch faces but I'm pretty happy with it. I think it will last a long time. (fingers crossed) maybe when this one croaks, Fitbit/ Google will come up with another watch that includes all the features that I like.
