Good quality
This little tights push and ride racer is the best we have had this model before for our older children when they were little. It is very easy to put together just about anyone can do it with very little knowledge. Just follow the instructions. Our kids love riding on these going through the neighborhood on family walks, and Even riding them through the driveway hours on the end. Little tykes has very good quality and these last many years even getting left outside in the sun the color, my fade a little but we try to keep ours inside to avoid this. Shipping was fast to even through the holiday season it arrive three days after purchase great gift.

Great little toddle bike
Was not as easy to put together as it should have been. None of the holes were big enough for any of the screws or metal rods. Had to get a screw gun out to make every hole bigger miso we could assemble it properly. Also hammering the other pieces together was a little tricky but not too hard that we couldn’t manage. After we had it built it was super cute and seems very sturdy. No sharp edges anywhere. Nothing that could cut or hurt baby. Was just the right height for baby. Doesn’t fall over. We like that it is simple without all the bell and whistles. Now days kids are over inundated with electronic devices and the need for constantly replacing batteries. Just a good ole bike a toddler can ride themselves.

Wonderful Little Bike
I bought this bike for my son when he was 9 months old. He was a bit young for it then, but grew into it quickly. By 12 months he would sit on it while we pushed him around (we used a broom handel to push the bike to save our backs). By about 14-15 month he started scooting himself backward on the bike, a month of two later he figured out how to go forward. He is now 27 months and still loves riding the bike. He can get it going fairly fast and has even gone down small hills. He has caused the bike to tip a few times, but he got right back up, brushed himself off and jumped back on the bike. We have a second son who is now 10 months old. The baby has recently started riding the bike. He is at the stage where we are pushing him around using a broom handle. His brother has even taken over for us a few times and pushed the baby around on the bike (with us watching carefully to make sure the baby didn't fall off). Both boys absolutly love this bike. It has been one of the best used toys in our house. It is sturdy and has stood up to some rough handling. As most other reviewers said, it was surprisingly difficult to put together for such a simple bike which is the only negative I have found so far.

Looks exactly like the product in the picture. It is a little harder to assemble, especially as a first time mom! But after all the work put into assembling it my kiddo loves it and rides it all the time!

Fun Ride for Little Ones, Assembly Issues and Wheel Quirks
My 11-month-old daughter absolutely loves the Little Tikes Push and Ride Racer! She can spend a long time pushing it around and riding on it, and it’s the perfect size for her at this stage. That said, my first unit came with a design flaw that made it impossible to install properly, so I had to return it and get a replacement. The second one worked fine, but it’s worth mentioning in case others run into the same issue. The wheels are a bit unusual. They don’t work well on hard floors because they roll too fast and feel awkward. On carpet, though, they perform better and feel safer since they don’t slip as easily. Overall, it’s a fun and engaging toy that my daughter loves, but I’d recommend using it mainly on carpeted surfaces and being prepared for potential assembly hiccups.

Perfect Gift!
I recently purchased the Little Tikes Push and Ride Racer for my nephew, and it has been an absolute game-changer in his development. As soon as he laid eyes on it, his face lit up with excitement. What's incredible about this racer is its versatility—it serves both as a ride-on toy and a push walker. The sturdy construction and design make it perfect for little ones who are just starting to explore their mobility. The racer provides excellent support for my nephew as he learns to balance and take his first steps. The wide base ensures stability, giving him the confidence to push himself forward without fear of tipping over. Moreover, the vibrant colors and sleek design captivate his attention and keep him engaged for hours on end. The compact size is perfect for indoor play, allowing him to zoom around the house with ease. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Not only has it brought immense joy to my nephew, but it has also played a crucial role in helping him develop his motor skills and coordination. I highly recommend the Little Tikes Push and Ride Racer to any parent or caregiver looking for a fun and functional toy that encourages physical activity and growth in their little ones.

I figured out a modification that may help with assembly
If you are having a hard time getting the red cap on the handle bar to stay on (at steps 3 and 4 in the assembly instruction sheet), place a piece of plastic/paper towel between the cap nut (part I) and the cap nut tool (part F). Do this at both ends and hammer. It creates just enough extra push for the red caps to stick to the rod. It's a simple rig but it worked for me. I hope it helps you! I read the reviews before purchasing. I thought, "if so many people complained about how difficult it is to assemble, the company must have corrected the defects before selling more of these." I was wrong. The package came with missing and damaged hardware, damaged obviously from the previous buyer trying to assemble the impossibly defective parts. The problem is that the red cap that is supposed to keep the handle attached to the bike does not stay attached to the rod. After about an hour of hammering and hammering (and much swearing) to no avail, I gave up. I requested an exchange. The new one came with the exact same problem. I figured out how to modify the defect and I was finally able to put it together. At steps 3 and 4 in the instruction sheet, I put a piece of plastic between the parts F and red cap. I hate to brag but I'm proud of myself for not giving up and having the brains to solve the problem. My kid loves it. Crossing my fingers this stays together! I'll update later if it falls apart.

Just a well designed product
My daughter is one year old and she loves this. The seat is big enough for baby to sit comfortably (she can even stand😂) and the slightly longer back is great for support and to push the car around. It’s just simple but well designed and a perfect first car for a baby.

Very good and sturdy ride for younger babies
Very good and sturdy ride one for babies even just older than 9 months. The age range is from 9 months to 36 months. It's also quite low in height and stable, so my baby's going to learn very soon how to board and deboard it. The handles are easy to hold and my baby's able to maintain his balance on it, he's 10.5 months old. There are no pedals, because only babies older than 2 years will be able to manage pedalling and it's for younger babies. My baby's also able to use it as a walker by holding the yellow handle. The friction of the tires is just right and baby's not falling while pushing it. Currently I have to push him from the back as he hasn't learn to push himself, by placing his feet on the floor, but will probably learn soon. The assembly is complex, but my husband's family is very engineering oriented, so my father in law fixed it in less than 20 minutes using a hammer. The price is a little high as per indian market, but I wanted this only, as this's the sturdiest, most balanced and easiest to climb on and get off for babies as young as 9 months. I am justifying it as my baby's first birthday gift and I wanted to gift him an easy ride on.

Great toy, but difficult to build.
I purchased this push and ride-on car for my youngest child’s first birthday, and I can honestly say it was the star gift of the day! Seeing his face light up made the entire purchase worthwhile. This toy has proven to be an excellent investment in both fun and developmental milestones. Versatility and Developmental Benefits: What I love most about this car is its incredible versatility. It truly grows with the child: For the New Walker: The large, sturdy handle on the back makes it a fantastic, confidence-building push walker. It provides excellent stability, allowing my little one to cruise safely around the house and build up his balance and leg strength. For the Adventurous Rider: As he gained confidence, it seamlessly transitioned into a scoot-around ride-on toy. It’s perfectly sized for little legs to push off the floor, giving him an exciting sense of independent movement. The low profile makes it easy for him to climb on and off all by himself. Design and Durability: The car is very durable and well-constructed. It handles bumps and tumbles without issue, and the wide wheels make for smooth gliding on both carpet and hardwood floors. It's clear this car is built to last through the toddler years. A Note on Assembly (The only con): The only significant downside I encountered was the assembly process. I must admit, it was quite difficult and frustrating. The instructions were not always clear, and some pieces required a surprising amount of force to click into place. I almost gave up at one point. Quick Tip: Be prepared to dedicate some focused time to assembly, and perhaps have a partner on hand to help. The Verdict: Once assembled, this car has been an absolute, unmitigated hit! It’s a multi-functional toy that encourages active play and helps little ones master essential motor skills. Despite the initial headache of assembly, the sheer joy it brings and the daily use it gets makes this a highly recommended product.
