Is this a vegan meal replacement shake? How is it for weight-loss?

I dont get nearly enough protein into my diet. I've tried other shakes but this is the only one I found that was dairy- free and didn't cause my IBS-D to flare up. Fills me up great for meal replacement, and tastes great. I've used it with water and skim lactic milk. Works great.

How does the taste compare to vega one and to raw meal?

I used to like the taste of Vega One until they last changed the formula. Vegan Smart chocolate is the only vegan protein powder or meal replacement I've tried that tastes good to me even when made with water. Last time I tried Raw Meal the flavor was good but it was really hard to mix well without using a blender.

How much sugar is in a serving?

There are 5g of sugar per serving as listed on the package of ingredients. The sweeteners are listed as: Organic cane sugar, Organic rice syrup solids. and Organic stevia. This is per 2 scoops of the: "Naturade Vegansmart All-in-one Nutritional Shake powder". I hope this has been helpful to you.
