Worked as described...
Just what I needed, and much cheaper than I found it anywhere else...

Good replacement part.
Was easy to replace old one that was 9 years old. Same as original so not touch up of paint needed around opening.

I was expecting a direct replacement for the item that ...
I was expecting a direct replacement for the item that was in my RV, but low and behold, this item does not match the picture. The item I received was more of a plastic connector with three screws to secure vs 4 in the photo, so buyers beware. I did go ahead and install this item while it does not fit the previous hole exactly, I did make it work. AMAZON needs to post pics of product they are actually shipping. From reading other reviews on other items, this does not appear to be an uncommon practice with them.
