good product, works as they should
handy size, they stay cold a reasonable amount of time. Good for knees. They do "sweat" but that's not a big deal.

Outstanding!
These are well made & stay cold for a couple of hours. They also re-freeze quick b/c of the gel. Great price too ( $15 for 2 )

Perfect size 4.75 x 10.5
I had hip abductors surgery and needed to ice regularly. I have an expensive ice machine to use, but the pads were awkward and never right. I bought several different types and sizes of ice pads and this one worked the best. I can fit it where other pads are too large. Because of its length and narrow width, (I bought the 4.75 x 10.5), it also fits perfectly along the leg under the brace. It chills quickly, stays somewhat flexible and the cold lasts a long time. This has become my go to ice pad for my recovery process. I also find it helpful for draping across the top of my shoulder because it's not too wide or heavy.

Fits easily in fridge and freezes quickly
I got this for injuries but it is hard to form it to certain parts of the body due to its stiffness. But it freezes super quickly and is great quality. I love the texture of it because it doesn’t get too cold.

Excellent buy! A real pain reliever!!
UPDATE: It's now 2024 and these packs have lasted about four years which is outstanding! I’ve recently ordered a new set because the original sets I have, somehow have become a bit thinner (no leaking!) while still useful. Even so — four years for ice packs is fantasic and I still recommend them!I've had two sets of these Thrive ice packs over a year — bought my first pair in February, 2020, then again in May 2020. None have yet to leak at all! I'm using them all the time — knees, back, etc. They are vastly superior to the “other” name brand. The original brand (Ace?) would start leaking after just a few months, if that — I would put them in ziplock bags, but they would get thinner and slimier.. These Thrive ice packs have retained their size and fullness. Yes they freeze hard when left in freezer, but shouldn't they be? As they are being used, they soften up and become flexible. I've used them many times, and they are still in excellent condition.

They work and help to relieve pain
My wife had bilateral knee replacements last week. Since then, we have struggled with cool water basins with built-in pumps, ice bags, and ice/alcohol slushies to keep on her new knees to keep the swelling at bay. The cool water basins required large quantities of ice in order to make cool water and we soon ran out of ice in our fridge. Made one trip to the grocery to buy additional ice. Ice bags were tried next and worked good, but more ice was again needed to be purchased. The ice maker just couldn't keep up with the demand. The ice slushy mix should have worked, but one of the bags leaked, and now the freezer smells of alcohol and is coated with the mixture. I found these gel ice packs on Amazon and thought they would be a better alternative than what I had tried thus far.Well, they worked GREAT! Put them in the freezer for one hour after arrival, and, voila, great, flexible and cold, packs for her new knees. They recommend using for only fifteen minutes at a time and we are following this recommendation. These do get quite cold and longer times on the skin surface might not be a good idea. They also recommend using a towel between the skin surface and the compress. Do this too.All and all, this is a good product. It is reusable. It saves on water and ice usage and trips to the grocery to purchase more ice. Can be used hot (after micro-waving) or cold. Either way, I think they will provide relief to pain in the body caused by swelling or strained muscles.

Good for lower muscle strain
Had others but worn them out. These seem more substantial. May order two more.

Excellent product!
These Thrive Cold Compress Ice Packs are the best Ice Packs I have ever used. They are remain cold for quite a long time (don't use on naked skin), they are sturdy, comfortable, leak-proof and flexible enough to mould around whatever body part you want to cool.

Excellent product!
These are excellent ice packs that maintain their coldness for a much longer period of time compared to other ice packs that I have purchased. You will not be disappointed if you get these in either of the two sizes.

Best ice pack on the market today!
You get two gel ice packs that freeze quickly, hard and stay cold for a long time. Just what I was looking for since I suffer from chronic migraines. The ice packs I purchased previously were okay but they defrosted too quickly for my liking. When frozen these are still malleable enough to curve around the back of my neck or my forehead. The only deficient is they do not come with their own slip sleeves. You do need to put something around them before placing on your skin as they can burn. I highly recommend them so much that I bought another set.

Purchased a second time
I've just purchased my second set of these packs. I use them on the back of my neck to relieve tension (yes, cool works best for me), and they're a comfortable shape and hold the cold for a good 2 hours. Very happy with this product.
