Fits very snug, adjustable and ca be used for both arms as mentioned. Metal inside Holds hand perfect like a prong or clutch. Velcro is wider giving strength.

Writting after more than 3 months of usage and I have to tell everyone on Amazon about this. Fits well and provides good support. Strap feels like of high quality too I have pain in my left hand due to typing hence I use it. Highly recommended.
