Have been using it for 2 years and hardly faced any issues, after 2 years minor issues do crop up but the experience has been worth the money with cheap ink available, makes it an easy choice..

Great product for home and office printing

Really disapointed. It is not high speed and even slow. I have ato buy a new printer because the ink on the photo is very bad, the quality is terribel.Alos it is almost impossible to print 2 sides since you have to tunr manually the page for each page (so you shall stay close to the printer to do so) and the printer does not print the page from 1 forward.

Nice and cost effective printer compared to inkjet. However, printing quality is bit lower than inkjet printer. Good for home use, small office, schools home work.

This printer is excellent for the price and home use. I used to use a laser BW printer for nearly 10 years. Moved to an INKJET as the tank printers promise printing volumes at a lower cost and the ink is easily refillable. The prints may not be as sharp as a laser printer but it gets the work done. In my experience, I feel the Cannons and EPSON are a tad bit sharper in their prints. But you can struggle with the drivers for a Mac. This printer was immediately detected on my Mac and setup was super easy. Compared to a laser printer the pages per min are obviously slow. If this does not bother you, please go ahead. I tried to print a cheque leaf and this printer couldn't handle the paper.I am reducing my rating from 4 to 2 because of the following reason.Dust tends to collect in the paper holder area. So when the paper is pulled in, the inkjet head rubs against the paper and the dust. This causes a slight smudging of the ink. If you are looking for a long-term investment, I would recommend you find a model where the paper is fully housed inside the printer. Cleaning the head is not very easy and the quality of the prints tends to suffer over time.Further reducing to a 1 star.Both the print heads failed and replacing the print head costs around 250AED. I feel this is intentionally done within the firmware of the printer so that you buy more supplies and compensate for the low cost of the printer.Back to 3 stars.I was able to find the print heads online for about 100AED. After replacing the print heads the printer is back to normal and prints better than before. This only makes me wonder if there was a production defect earlier. Even with the cost of the printhead replacements, this printer would still be cheaper to run over a long time as it promises 15000 BW Prints and 8000 color prints.The new EPSON printers come with permanent printheads and have taken over the market as the time of writing.There is no perfect printer out there, you only need to find one that can be tolerated.

Excellent product, if you are into printing pictures then this is a amazing printer. You can print easily 800+ pics in one go. You can use HP premium photo paper or Kodak photo glossy paper. 4x6.For refill, you can find in other brands instead of paying huge amount to HP.

Two weeks of using, perfect choice as a home printer, easy setup, wifi print working fine and all print options and print size available, so far nothing is wrong and worth money.
