KontrolFreek FPS Freek Inferno Performance Thumbsticks

Got this Kontrol Freek to replace my old worn out one. Works as usual since I’ve been using Kontrol Freeks for years. Would recommend it to anyone who needs to boost your FPS gaming experience.

These are a life saver for my son and grandson who live with a disability. They're really grippy and that helps my grandson and son keep their thumbs on the joysticks. The grips do get a little slick every once in a while, but I just take a small cloth and wipe them off and rotate them and they work just fine again. My son has had his for one year now.

The KontrolFreek Infernos are easily the best I’ve used. As someone who’s top 500 in the world on console R6, I can honestly say they’ve improved my aim massively. I can't play without them now—they make every shot feel more controlled and precise. It might take a day or two to get fully used to the extra height, but once you do, it's a game-changer. If you’re serious about competitive gaming, especially on console, these are a must-have.

I've used Kontrol Freeks before on my old Xbox 360, and once I decided to upgrade to an Xbone X, I knew it would only be a matter of time before I picked up a set. I've always been a fan of the tallest freeks KF offers, so I went with these, and they (mostly) did not disappoint. They offer a boost in precision which is noticeable to me. I play with my lookspeed set to max on nearly every console game I play, and with the factory stick length I tend to overcorrect a bit with snap movements. This is mostly due to playing M&K on my gaming PC. Lookspeeds below max just feel sluggish, and the short thumbstick throw isn't sensitive enough for my use. Adding the Freeks give me the precision I need, while still allowing me to exploit my faster look speed. These actually feel more comfortable to hold for long sessions as well. I've had RSIs in my forearms before and these go a long way towards preventing reoccurrence for me. The (one) bad thing with this particular set of Freeks: Played for one day before one of the Freeks began slipping off of the thumbsticks. Bearing in mind this is with a brand new controller (I've had this console 4 days). This could probably be solved easily by KF by slightly tightening the dimensions that clamp over the thumbstick. I think the rubber is too soft on the Xbone controller for them to bite into well. I suppose it's possible it's just my controller, but the same Freek slips off of both sticks sooo..... and the other one isn't holding especially well either. As I write this review, the Superglue is drying... I figure screw it, it's my controller, and I won't ever take these off so, this ought to solve the problem. If it doesn't, some 5 minute epoxy sure as heck will. At any rate, TLDR 4 stars, it works at what it's supposed to do, but in my case they don't hold on well to my controller.

I bought my first pair of these over 6 months ago and they were great. I game a lot and can grip my controller a little hard sometimes. Hehe. Even then I never once had a problem with these falling off the sticks while gaming. So I go buy this new pair and they SUCK. I don’t know if it’s a quality control problem or they came from a different factory or whatever but they don’t stay on for nothing. I thought maybe somehow my sticks got worn and that it’s not the control freaks. But no. I tried on my old worn out ones. They stick like super glue still and won’t come off unless I pull them off. Idk these might be amazing for you or they might give you an brain aneurysm trying to fumble putting these back on in the middle of a gunfight

These have helped me dial in on aiming in my FPS games and although it takes a little getting used to, the height and overall purpose of them are perfect!

Realmente el diseño es muy cómodo con los pulgares y ayuda mucho hacer movimientos rápidos y controlados. Lo recomiendo mucho y el diseño es muy ergonómico. La entrega fue a tiempo
