Amazing
I love the steam mop. It cleans my house very well. And the attachments are also very useful.

Not satisfied with the item!
Stopped working after couple of time, now have to go through the hassle to send it back. Very disappointed from a brand like black and decker to manufacture something like this! Absolute waste of time and money. The cable is also very short so you need a very long extension cable or many plugs in the house!

Great for the money
The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is the length of the power cable. The mop cleans great. The water tank i enough to clean two mid size rooms. It doesn’t leave too much water behind. The attachments are great, especially the brushes. It removes grease from the oven, girt from tiles with ease. The only disadvantage is that the cable is too short. Makes it a bit uncomfortable cleaning big area without having to change power outlets or using an extension cord.

It's not working but agent was very helpful
The item just turned on with only sound coming from machine but no steam Within 3days, I got the replacement very fast.

This product is good but I had to return it since I needed some deep cleaning not a steam cleaner.

Instead of using the regular mop we switched to this one and i love it, can be used on almost everything and the price is perfect compared to the market

Defective product received
I have viewed many videos about this product on YouTube to get a clear understanding of how exactly this product works and whether it’s suitable for me. The product I received leaks as I mop and doesn’t work properly. It seemed like a used and rejected product instead of a brand new one. Be careful when you buy online. I’ll probably get this one from an outlet.

قوتها تقريبآ ماشيه مو مره قويه لكن مشكلتها خزانها مره صغير على طول يفضى وانا مالحقت اسوي شي فامهي عمليه ابدآ ابدآ وانا رجعتها
