Q: What is the weight of the Dolly?

It is very lite weight. Not sure of the exact weight.

Q: Will this roll ok in grass?

It is only meant for very smooth surfaces. I.e. Airports , Train Stations etc. Wheels are too small for anything else. I tried to use it on rough surfaces , like the pavement and sidewalks. It does not run very smooth and does get caught up on cracks in the pavement

Q: I know that it says "450 pounds load capacity", but will it actually be able to handle moving a refrigerator / furniture?

I doubt it will be able to move a refrigerator or anything heavy. It’s designed to put on suitcases. The wheels are small and are suited for flat surfaces like train station, bus stations etc. I would not recommend it for rough surfaces.. besides the surface area on the hand truck is very narrow and a tall object could easily topple over.
