GNC Pro Performance L-Glutamine 5000mg 225 g

My hematologist recommended this to me in place of a prescription grade L-Glutamine which has an exorbitant co-pay. He said GNC's brand is equivalent in the medical purpose for which he prescribes this amino acid. I have been using this brand over a year and it's now difficult to find in the store. I normally buy the 181 serving size, but no one has it. Anyway, it dissolves easily, has no residual grains left in the liquid, and is clean in taste. All the others I've used have a kind of metallic taste, but not this one. I mix it with water and drink it down. Others, I have to mix with seltzer to cover that taste. I wish you had the large 181 serving container, but I will continue to buy 6 of this size at a time since I take it 2x a day and cannot be without it. I love this brand better than any other I have tried. This brand is the best of the 5 I have tried.

Helps with my autoimmune disease and healing my stomache issues. Also great for recovery for my gym workouts. When i use it i don’t feel any aches and muscle fatigue. When i go without it just one or two days.... soooore after weight lifting. It’s magic powder and worth every penny!

Helpful for neuropathy.

Oncologist recommended I take during chemo to help ward off peripheral neuropathy. I had minimalIssues so I feel it helped.No flavor that I noticed. I added to daily fruit and yogurt smoothies.

No flavor but that’s expected. However, it is easy to digest and I’m less sore after a workout.

Tried Glutemine for the first time and I do notice a difference in recovery. I take it after a workout and inbetween meals. I guess you are suppose to take it without protein otherwise you lose the isolated effect. I would agree, tried it both ways and it does seem to work better alone. 5g two times a day.

GNC products are always on point…glutamine is not a complicated product to make but you know the product from gnc is as pure as it gets.
