I didn't feel much difference using it, so I stop

I've been taking these for a few weeks. Overall it does reduce anxiety as the product claims, however, I've noticed the following side effects that were not mentioned on the bottle: 1. Extreme nausea (I take them as it says on the bottle, but while waiting for the 20~30mimutes to pass before I eat, it hits me) I don't usually eat breakfast but I started forcing myself to eat after these pills. Food and water help tbh. 2. Numbness all over the body. Which happens at evenings. I don't know how else to explain it but this started happening the same night i started these pills. 3. Anxiety still happens in some situations. I had an interview in which I constantly kept thinking that why aren't these pills working. 4. Did nothing for my depression. I still want to sleep and never wake up. Just to be fair, I've been on prozac for a long time and quit 3 months ago. For me, prozac made me much happier.

I didn’t feel any improvement

I cant believe how well this product works. Its been two days and it started working from first one hour. Good experience so far.

I had anxiety and panic attacks for weeks and I was looking for the safest way to manage. The doctor prescribed valium I took it once and it made me feel worse. I decided to do some search as I prefer to go with supplements, with ayurvedic contents of this product are the best natural ingredients and it helped alot, I tried missing out a whole day without it, not a good idea, I will buy again to help better manage anxiety

Worked pretty well I must say, I feel nice and calm and not as jittery as normal. Highly recommend.
