Alkaline water
Started to drink this a few months ago and now I keep re-purchasing it because I can tell the difference. I used to get headaches almost every day (I still get them here and there) but since I started to drink alkaline water the difference is massive and I actually feel hydrated. I also have some issues with stomach acid and this seems to calm it down because a few days after I go back to normal water, the stomach acid bothers me again. Placebo or no, I don’t know yet but I will keep re-purchasing it.

💧 ActiPH Alkaline Ionised Water – My Honest Take So, I bought ActiPH hoping this fancy “pH 9+ alkaline miracle” water would finally be my secret weapon against acid reflux and indigestion. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. The water tastes fine—mild, clean, and totally free of any weird aftertaste. But honestly? It’s about as exciting as plain tap water. For the price, I was expecting at least some magic relief, but nope. My reflux stayed just as annoying as ever. I’ve seen the marketing hype, and even read that some people swear by it, but for me, the high pH claim felt like a marketing gimmick. Plus, some say the pH levels aren’t even consistent. So, if you’re hoping to “alkalise” your way out of indigestion, don’t hold your breath. Pros: ✔ Clean, mild taste (no nasties) ✔ Nice bottle design Cons: ✘ Didn’t do a thing for my reflux or indigestion—zilch ✘ Bland taste, basically just fancy water ✘ Pricey for what it is ✘ Probably more hype than health benefit Verdict: If you think ActiPH is going to cure your digestion problems, think again. It’s a decent bottle of water—but don’t expect it to work miracles. I’ll keep looking for real solutions (and stick to my regular water).
