great for dairy asimilation
Probiotics are amazing as they are like a second brain in the body, it regulates everything you eat, helping the bacteria to get the most vitamins from the food we actually eat, and to keep the healthy bacteria alive, this one is particular I’ve watched is used for processing regular cow milk, but more bacteria will be more effective.
