Does a nice clean up job but it makes the uncarpeted floors slippery where doggy lies down.

Just in case your dog has similar fur as mine. I ran into frustration with my first doodle, all my other dogs were are pure GPs and easy. I do 100% of their grooming. She is a GP/standard poodle. Her fur is fine cotton, like if you took a cotton ball then frizzed it out and tried to comb it. No matter how often I brushed her she matted. She gets wet, she mats, wind blows, mats, lays down, mats.Then I read somewhere to wet brush, so I used a conditioning spray to damp the fur before brushing. Which worked to an extent.I ended up having no choice but shaving her down to about 5mm.Now with Cowboy Magic, I can leave a bit more. I spray her before brushing and when it dries it leaves a sheen but not sticky or oily and leaves fur smooth and silky. It has saved me so much time and money.I like the smell, although my mother said it smelt like floor cleaner.

We use 'the magic' on our Newf and Golden. It makes the Golden glow. For the big guy, it helps untangle the knots and makes him flow like Fabio. Plus, the pleasant rose scent is way better than whatever cheese factory he has going in his folds.

This stuff is Amazing! Our Shih-Tzu gets tiny snarls on her front legs that are close to her skin! For about the past year she has been giving us & our groomer a hard time about brushing her legs out, which was never an issue in the past! Another groomer at the salon on a recent visit had a tube of Cowboy Magic & told my groomer to use on her legs...It was Amazing, she settled right down & let our groomer brush her out as the brush was moving right through the snarls!We all stood there in amazement, 2 other groomers (& ours) all got on their phones & ordered, they couldn’t believe how well it worked; when I got home I ordered a tube myself! Saw recently that it came in spray formula & it works just as great as the tube formula! I sprayed her whole body, let dry & brushed her out with no issues & she had no problem with me brushing her legs out! I like the smell as well not overwhelming, & leave her hair soft & silky (not greasy at all)!When I ordered this bottle, received quicker that what was stated & very well packaged! I would highly recommend this product & will Absolutely buy this again!

This works really, really well on my Rough Collie (emphasis on rough). It detangles as long as I haven't let anything get TOO crazy, and it doesn't leave a sticky residue. I really like the fresh, light fragrance! I was using bio silk but it is not as pleasantly fragranced.

I got this on a recommendation from another rough collie dog owner. Came well packed but used once and will not be using again. Nice aroma but leaves coat not silky. .

Likes -big bottle. Makes My dogs fur smooth and removes the fuzz.Negative- Strong Floral Scent almost like air freshener
