This is a very cheap and colorful rain coat for kids it is not thick but a thin sheet. For temporary use it is effective only for rain not for the cold acting as thermal.

It’s too small, smells like fish glue and some of the writing and digits in the design (blue one) are backwards!I have a tall 18 month old but hoped the 1 to 3 years old would fit. It’s very snug so I’ve purchased the next size up. It’s waterproof and cute. But perhaps a little expensive for the problems listed above. I‘ve not checked yet but if I can machine wash it first, I’m definitely going to!
