The punch and anvil are solidly-made. The hooks are a bit flimsy, and can bend with a firm squeeze between thumb and forefinger.The washers are very thin, and pulled through on the repair I made. Using a larger washer I happened to have instead was better, and resulted in a more-durable repair.Still, they did the trick.

Bought this as the wife bought a pair of boots and on day 1 of wearing them one of these pulled out due to poor manufacturing quality.Ordered this and was easily able to replace the missing one with out having to send it back or to a cobbler.

Does the job,however the little ‘anvil’ will bend if you hit too hard so just start slow and do a few tests till you get the hang of it

I used this to succesfully and easily repair a boot with a lace hook that had broken. The repair is tidy and secure, im pleased i purchased this set, which was competitively priced compared to other kits available on amazon site.

Le support pour le maintient des oeillets c'est écrasé/enfoncé dès les 2 premiers coups de marteau...Et il faut donner des bons coups si on veut réussir à sertir l'oeillet à crochets. De ce fait je trouve l'ensemble un peu fragile...Sinon, après quelques essais et un plot tordu ca fonctionne et les oeillets semblent costauds.

Low quality. The hook is nice, but the small rivet is tiny and flimsy. Don’t buy this product!

Ottimi, ancora di più gli accessori/attrezzi per il montaggio in acciaio molto robusto e ben realizzati, è stato un buon acquisto.

le rivetage des œillets n'est pas bon, les rondelles arrière sont trop petites, donc le crochet ne résiste pas au premier laçage !
