This music box would've been amazing, if executed better. When I took the music box out of its packaging and opened the lid, the sides were already falling off and you could see large globs of dried glue on the inside of the box, which did nothing to keep the box together. This was supposed to be a gift, so I managed to salvage the box a bit by peeling off the dried bits of glue and supergluing the side panels back together. However, for a $20 item, I shouldn't have had to do any of that- super disappointed in the construction.I tested a bit of the song before gift wrapping the box and it was fine, however, when the gift recipient played the whole song through, we noticed there were some incorrect notes that ruined the song (with a loud twanging sound)... I'm just super disappointed overall. Save yourself the hassle and find something else.

This was a great gift in my mind but was more shocked that my partner liked it as well. She said it was a nice thing to get. Not just the same old stuff. Something she can play when I am not around, to remind her of me.
