Its been written by someone who has spent significant amount of money on the game. This doesn't mean they are fully knowledgeable of strategy/tactics.it's important people are aware of that before buying. Also bear in mind the dynamics of the game change a lot meaning a book cannot solve your problems. You can get a lot of the info you need for free online. Finally, it's impossible to increase luck. Luck is exactly that...luck.
