i loved the quality of this machine. I am now able to make perfect sous vide steaks at home.

Great product
I have been using it from last 2 weeks and its working perfectly fine. except the touch is a bit sensitive and confusing . Be careful sometimes you press it too many times which unit from C to F and it doesn't even show which units its using. overall great product but could be better.

Stopped working first use
I followed all the instructions and didn't do anything wrong, and the device stopped working on the first use. Nothing went wrong it stopped working for no reason. No electricity fault or anything.

Anoying Non Stop beeping during the cooking process that you cannot stop.
Anoying Non Stop beeping during the cooking process that you cannot stop and water circulation is ON and OFF every few seconds followed by beeping. Reset of the device or anyything to help cannot be found in manuals and feedback from the seller doesn't help. Will return the device and ask for refund.
