Best tampon brand
I'm 35 and for the 25 years aunt flo has been visiting I used tampax tampons up until a couple of years ago when a friend mentioned that I try lilets. (Tmi incoming) I have polycystic ovaries as well as endometriosis which means that my period is never less than 10 days and EVERY day is like a murder scene and often have to change tampons hourly and I also have to wear a pad as I often leak. It was the leaking that made my friend reccomend lilets instead. Lilets expand widthways which means that its a more snug fit than with tampax as their tampons expand lengthways and I would leak with them frequently which as you can imagine is quite embarrassing, especially when I was in school. With lilets i can double the time between changes compared to tampax. Going 2 hours between changes is much better than every hour. I also find that lilets are way more comfortable to "park" than the tampax too. I had never used a non applicator before but I wish I had tried sooner. I find the applicators of tampax to be sometimes painful or really fiddly and often end up wasting tampons because of this. With lilet it's super quick and easy and always manage to "park" it first time and don't have to do multiple attempts which is always a bonus. I also like that these don't have applicators because it means less waste in the land fill and less plastic in the ocean. For anyone who has never tried a non applicator tampon and is perhaps hesitant I promise its super easy and in my opinion quicker and comfier than using one qith an applicator. I 100% reccomend this to anyone who has a period. Ditch the tampax, lillets is where it's at!

The only tampons I can use
Pads are very uncomfortable and cause a mess, but these are perfect. Not too big or sore like other brands and I’ve always went for these since I first found them.
