I gave an unfavorable review a while back and wanted to update it. When I finally received the cup the box was pretty damaged however thanks to the awesome packing the cup was fine. This was USPS's fault and not yours. It's a great looking cup. Thanks for the packing.

Nice big mug
I had a different Star Trek mug for years but I dropped it and it broke. Wanted at least a 20 oz mug to replace it. This is a great mug. Should last a long time...unless I drop it.

WTF 😒
When the mug arrived, I opened the box but didn't take it out. Seemed ok. He opened it Christmas morning and the handle was off and bottom was broken!!! Had I taken it out when it arrives I would have had it replaced. As it stands, he was disappointed and I'm just angry 😡
