When we opened the box it came out very dusty, when we tried using it, it wasn't working at all. Had to return it. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately we got a faulty product where the blender function is not working at all.

Works well when its working. unfortunately it broke after only 2 months of using it! had similar experience with other Tommee Tippee products breaking - Steriliser broke after few months also.

Have bought this same blender 3 times.... each time it only works for a few months before the blender breaks. Jug with cutting tool not available to purchase separately. Don't waste your money on this product
