Ganz Luck Little Owl Wish Box

I love owls, so despite knowing it's not really worth $8.XX, I still had to have it lol. It's so cute. You could write wishes on tiny papers & roll them up. It would be nice if the latch was closer to the body & if you could hang it, but I knew what I was buying, of course. The reviews saying it's so small- did ya'll read the description??? It clearly states what size it is. Those reviews should be removed, & only people who read descriptions should be allowed to write reviews. I hate when people do that & act like it was falsely advertised.

My daughter loves owls! These were so cute! The came with little card for every owl explaining the purpose of them! Great little gifts to hand out to family and friends! I though it was only going to be one lucky owl there were about 20-30 of them!

My wife is a owl fanatic so this was the reason I bought this. The owl is tiny so put this someplace where you won't lose it, it does open and you can put a very tiny paper in it. Come with a little card for it, it's cute.

The reviews are right! It’s TINY. I purchased this hoping I can fit a rosary in it but I can’t. It doesn’t have a hole in it for a bracelet either.I saw a review after I bought it suggesting to put a little glitter in it to blow and make a wish. That is a cute idea.

This owl is smaller than a penny. I couldn't fit anything at all in it. It's cute but toooooo small for my liking. I thought it was going to be big enough to write stuff and place it in there but it's not at all. Very disappointed...but it is cute

It's nice but so so so much smaller, like someone will have to right a very tiny wish to put inside this little bead size owl box...its very nice otherwise just not the size at all I imagined

While the description of this luck owl is as described i.e. very small, the pictures of it are very misleading. The "Owl...Box Charm" is the size of a penny without the ability to fasten it to a charm bracelet. And while it says "Box Charm" to put your wish in it, I would challenge anybody to try to do so. It would require a very very small piece of paper with very fine print to do so. I was going to give this to my wife for Christmas but when I got it, I was glad I gave it to her right away. While she liked it (reason it is a 2 star and not a 1 star ) - she indicated it would have been a disappointing gift for Christmas. Thus the final word on the "Lucky Little Owl" is that it is not worth any cost to purchase it.I forgot to add one thing I thought of later - this item would be very dangerous near young children and pets - it could be easily swallowed if it should come in their possession and because it contains a magnet - it can and would cause intestinal problems. So if you should get one of these please please keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Manufacturer could easily solve this problem by actually making it into a charm (by adding an attachment) so it could be worn on a charm bracelet or a necklace - and thus kept safe in jewelry box.
