Hello, we do not allow bluetooth connection, can only use WIFI connection, first disconnect the WIFIT exit APP and backpack power off, first connect the backpack to the power supply, turn on the wireless of the cell phone to connect the backpack's WIFI, then go in APP, if it shows that there is no connection, please click on the connection in APP!
