I also cannot reset after replacing filter.
Well, I've tried everything I can think of to reset this unit after replacing the filter. Also, the original filter had charcoal bits you could hear when you shook it; this replacement does not make a sound when you shake it. I wonder if there is charcoal in it at all.

When to change filter again red light will not go off?
Well changed filter but light for replacing filter is still on, can’t get it to turn off! Frustrating now when will I know it needs a new one for next time? Not happy!
