Worked as a charger/data transfer for my Garmin Drive5
I read a lot of reviews on this cable before I decided to go ahead and give it a try. It worked for me. First I used it to charge the Garmin Drive5 via a wall outlet. Then I used it as the data transfer cord hooking it up to my computer USB-C port. All went smoothly.

Does not work correctly with Garmin
This cord was advertised as a charging cord compatible with Garmin - it is not. When I attached it to my Garmin 60 and my vehicles 12V outlet, the Garmin displayed a screen icon showing the Garmin attached to a laptop, then displayed a message that stated, "The charging cord you are using will not allow traffic updates." So, my takeaway from this is that the cord may work to do map updates from your computer, but it will not work correctly as a power cord for use in your vehicle. I sent it back.

Waste of time. Does not work with my Garmin Luxe50. Will not transfer data. Get tired of returning things really.
