the device is so fragile and started falling apart from the 2nd day we received
the power button stopped working the next day we receivedthe front plastic "Glass like" screen protection got removedthe memory card was impossible to be removed from the device though its described that it is removableoverall product review is not recommended unless you have extra money you want to waste

Product showed up with the SD card placed between the slide it belongs in and the back wall of the MP3 player when I messaged the company I kept getting messages returned to me talkin about how it's a mother that works from home kind of like a guilt trip story it works fine once I had to take it apart and put it back together to get the SD card now what buttons are a little off and I'm not sure if it's because I took it apart and put it back together or if it came that way

Amazing Sound Quality!!!
The headphones look exactly like the pictures of the product and I really like the design. This is an extremely comfortable and good looking product.

Made of thin plastic
Received the mp3 player fairly quickly. When opened the package was presented nicely. When handling the mps player it felt like it would not last long. The plastic shell is thin. I took out the 16g mirco sd card to confirm it was actually 16g. Which it was. Nice feature if you want to add more. Room. However when i put the card back in. It slipped between the casing and the slot for the card. I almost lost it inside the casing. There was no issue downloading picture or mp3s to the player via a computer. For the price on old technology i was expecting a better shell on the unit. The earphones that came with the unit are very cheap with poor sound quality. I would purchase a seperate pair of better quality.

Do you LOVE wasting money?
If so, this device is for you!It was a total piece of crap and I returned it to AMAZON.ca immediately.I wish there was a zero-star rating option or even like a minus-star rating options.Again.... just total garbage.

It stopped working after about 3 months.
The sound is poor when the screen is on. The button to turn on the player often got stuck and I had to disassemble the device to unlock it. The device often takes time to respond to simple commands such as raising the volume or changing music. You can't play videos as it says (not in mp4). And one day, after about 3 months of using, the MP3 PLAYER SIMPLY STOPPED WORKING. Like that between two musics. In brief, even if the price can seem preety attractive, you can still find way better for a few more bucks.
