WOW! I've been wearing this fragrance for two days now. I am VERY impressed! I received my first compliment today, at work. a coworker passed by me and said, "what cologne are you wearing?! It smells good!" wide eyed and smiling.I truly hope that my words can do this fragrance justice. This is the PERFECT summer fragrance. It is VERY clean and refreshing. It is the type of fragrance that is so good that you wish you could bathe in it!Scents, like beauty, come in so many varieties. There are some that are a bit heavy, like the ouds and tobaccos. There are some that are sweet, some flowery, some garment (food like. pastries, etc.).For me, personally, the citrus base in fragrances give them the FRESHNESS aura. They make you feel clean, as if you just stepped out of a fresh and invigorating shower. They make you feel awake, alive!I work the graveyard shift, so after a shower, I applied this cologne on my shirt. The automizer is so good, the sprays so misty, so fine, that I also sprayed some on my hair and neck. I did this around 12:30 AM, before leaving my house. Of course, you get used to the scent on you so quickly, that there comes a point when you can no longer smell it, yourself. However, I got my compliment at about 7:30 AM. It is now 6:13 PM, and when I move around, I can still smell it on my skin!This fragrance is not overbearing, at all. It is really high quality. It is gentle, smooth, refined, yet is long lasting!When you first spray it on you, you get the citrus notes. As it dries down, the basil makes its appearance. It is very pleasant. It makes you feel clean, presentable, sharp, even good looking! haha!The subtle thing that I've noticed, that isn't often talked about, is that when a fragrance makes you feel good, your self-confidence also boosts up. You feel calmer, more relaxed, comfortable in your own skin. That feeling that you BELONG in this world, and you feel perfectly comfortable in it. No insecurities whatsoever.I also love the price-point. That it is affordable. Sometimes I get this idea that the less expensive a fragrance is, that it is going to smell like mixed chemicals. A memory comes to mind. Years ago, I was wearing Dolce Gabbana Pour Homme and these two women were standing near me, talking. They turned to look at each other, as if knowing that they were thinking the same thing. One said to the other, "you can tell that that is an expensive cologne."That is another excellent fragrance, by the way. I know many people who use it as their signature fragrance. It has a different DNA than this Jo Malone, though.I also loved the fact -- with this Jo Malone -- that it has a masculine personality. To my nose, there isn't a feminine dimension to it, at all.Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend this Jo Malone fragrance!

Simplemente delicioso. De la familia cítrica, esta fragancia se lanzó en 1999. Una fragancia cítrica, clara, limpia y relajada como una mañana fresca acabando de llover. Las notas de salida son limón verde, mandarina y bergamota. Las de corazón lila, iris, albahaca y tomillo. Las notas base son pachulí y vetiver.La mejor forma de probar el perfume es usarlo en la piel por un tiempo. Lo primero que se huele son las notas altas. No lo compres solo por las notas altas. Espera un poco. Como una historia un perfume tiene un principio, una desarrollo y un final. Si no quieres probarlo en la piel puede probarse también en la ropa. En la piel debe aplicarse a unos 15 o 20 cm de donde haya mayor circulación sanguínea -ya que ayuda a difundir y aumentar el aroma. Los mejores puntos para aplicar un perfume son el cuello, las muñecas, la flexura del codo, detrás de las rodillas... en general cualquier punto donde sientas pulso de la sangre. La duración depende de varios factores (el clima, por ejemplo), si quieres aumentar la duración se puede usar el truco de las capas: es decir usar un gel de ducha o crema de la misma fragancia. Existen otros trucos como rociar con perfume la ropa mientras se plancha o lavar la ropa interior con agua perfumada. El aroma adecuado, puede darte seguridad y hacerte sentir bien a ti y a otras personas. De preferencia hay que guardar las botellas en un lugar fresco y que no les dé el Sol.
