When i recieved the product one wheel was missing, seller contacted me from china and sent me the missing wheel directly from China. Great customer service and very good product. Highly recomended.The organiser is very useful and i have kept mine in the space next to refrigarator. That space was always useless but becuase of this organiser, the space has been finally put to use

Not so bad. The shelves are narrow but can still be used in either bathrooms or kitchens. Weight tolerable.
