Great product
My functional doctor recommended this after submitting my raw data gene report. I have several gene irregularities. And these help support my MTHFR, histamines in need for folate. Three a day. I appreciate that it’s a multivitamin and not just something for folate. I have been on them for a month now and not had any adverse reactions.

This is an incredible multivitamin. I used it for multiple years to recover from breastfeeding and child bearing years that deplete your stores of vitamins as you care for a baby. I only have on small drawback, occasionally they come with some in bottle odor due to processing ingredients and they need to be stored dry for sure. I like how they work and that they have made a noticeable difference in my quality of health. Highly recommend to moms out there to give this one a try!

Great strong multivitamin especially for my husband who is a diabetic.

Best of the best
I tried so many multis, this one is really best of the best...most absorbable forms, just right amounts, well thought out. I love addition of lithium, benfotiamine, microencapsulated magnesium, high methylfolate, b12 that great amount and less overstimulating then methylcobalamin, ALA, NAC...and i dont even have genetic polymorphisms, but love this formulation. The only thing i would change is less iodine. 300 mcg is little too much for most people to be taken daily. That's the only reason I switched to taking 2 per day.

There is nothing like running out and being out of stock to miss something. This has a great impact on my mental focus. I have a lot of multitasking in my work and I have to retain a lot of information. I have been out of this for two weeks and I can see the impact.
