The steam starts up almost immediately and provides a really steady, warm mist that helps clear everything out. It feels much more effective than just standing in a hot shower, and the temperature stays consistent the whole time. The unit is small enough to sit on my nightstand, so I can just lean over it for a few minutes when I’m feeling really congested. I worked through several reviews of similar products before selecting this item. I’ve had this Nano Steamer for a few weeks and it is working perfectly and I LOVE IT. The unit produces ample, very hot steam for roughly 15 minutes on a full reservoir of distilled water; I am only using it in 10-minute sessions, and the steam is perfect. I use a towel over my head to focus the steam where I need it to go. To address reviews regarding leaking, my unit did not leak and produced steam in about 1 minute. When filling the plastic reservoir, note that the bottle is made of soft plastic. Hold the bottle securely but gently, screw on the bottle top precisely and do not overtighten, gently insert the bottle into the unit and it will not leak. The steamer has a towel warming option that I haven’t used, but based on the amount of steam it produces, I am confident this feature will work very well. The Pure Daily Care NanoSteamer is well-designed and well-made, and I expect it to last a long time. I definitely recommend this item as an excellent value for the money, with additional features that enhance its value.

I’ve only had this product for a few days but so far so good. I was surprised how lightweight it is. The material is plastic. It’s nothing special, but it is sturdy. The steam generation does not have any chemical smell and seems to be pretty even however, it can get very, very hot so be sure to keep your face at a safe distance! I have tried all the settings, including the towel warmer, which is very nice and relaxing. I would’ve given this product five stars. If the water tank was larger overall this is a good product and I’m happy I purchased it.

I love this steamer, it’s my second one. My first one that I had for 3 years worked great every time! (The only reason I had to but a new one was because I’m super paranoid and my apt building ended up with cockroaches and I have PTSD so I threw the other one away lol))

TL;DR: This steamer worked well for me for the price, though it got mold and I had 2 models break in as many years. I recently got a more expensive steamer that works much better. More information I purchased this steamer in 2019 to help with clogged sinuses and clogged pores. It did help on both fronts. For about 1-2 years, I used it close to every day to open up my sinuses before sinus rinsing and I believe it helped me avoid sinus infections. I also bought the same steamer for my sister as a gift. When my steamer broke, she gave me hers. Which also broke a few months later. At the time, the steamer felt like good value for the price. The blackhead removal tools that came with it have been helpful. I never used the steamer towel chamber. I didn't need the large water reservoir, and in fact, mold grew in it at one point. My solution was to only fill the reservoir partway because I would generally only steam for ~5 minutes. I did notice this product now advertises "nano steam" and "negative ions", which makes me skeptical given the fraud in the negative ion products. I recently got a sinus infection recently and decided to go back to steaming. This time I took a risk on a more expensive steamer hoping to find a sturdier option. (I tried https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Dennis-Gross-Facial-Steamer/dp/B071FNYPM4). Out of the box, the new one is significantly better. Specifically 1) it's much smaller/takes up less space, 2) the steam begins much more quickly with less wait and 3) it produces a much higher quantity of steam at a fast rate. I don't know if it will last longer, but it does seem to be a sturdier build. Potential downsides: 1) it doesn't have a towel chamber (which I don't need) and 2) the reservoir is smaller (a good thing for me given my short steaming time and the mold problem). Bottom line: This particular model seems to win on price, and it helped me with sinus problems and clogged pores. If you are optimizing for quality over price, there are better options.

I ordered this based on all of the good reviews. Yes there are reviews , they had some issues but I always like to decide based on my own experiences. With over 40K reviews, there HAS to be something good about the product! Took it out of the box and immediately read all of the instructions. if you don’t, you may use it incorrectly. I have to say, it is very simple to set up and operate. I added the proper water, set up over my sink, on top of a tray table, but made sure it was flat and sturdy, so I don’t have to keep bent over. I have back issues and if I want to get ALL of the benefits, I felt it important to have a good placement of it towards my face and neck. It’s all about your tolerance to the temperature of the steam. As time passed I was able to move a tad closer that when I first started. It was a little intimidating at first but then I got comfortable with the heat. I used it for about 12 minutes at first. Then the next thing I did afterwards, was set up my magnifying mirror on my kitchen table and used my own pore extraction tool. It comes with a variety of tools in a case, all of which I already had, it’s just my preference to use the ones I have Even though scientifically steam doesn’t actually open pores, it does makes for easier extraction if you do that right after the steam cycle. I noticed right away my skin was very hydrated, complexion wise, I haven’t noticed a change yet, but that will come with regular use of the steamer. I have to say, this is such an AMAZING value, spending more on one doesn’t make it better. They all do the same thing. This can also be used as a wet cloth warmer AND humidifier. I am definitely going to use the cloth cycle in the future. Extremely well made, durability wise, I don’t see any reason this will not last for years to come. Very satisfied customer here!!

This seems like a very nice steamer unit and I am pleased with the quality. The stainless steel tools that come with it are in a really nice case and they as well seem very high-quality. I’ve used it once so far, the instructions were very clear and it created a great volume of steam very quickly.
