I bought these to connect to my fishing tools so that I can easily hook it to my belt loop. So far it works well.

We like the idea the hookup clip, but the other side is not as a strong, we finished putting a metal clip in the wire to make it stronger. Overall it is a good item and it is very useful to travel an attach cellphones, backpacks, etc

Price is great, they work perfectly for my fishing needs. The D-Ring on each one is an added bonus. But they're not very sturdy. Light use for fishing gear like fingernail clippers, hemastats, etc they will work.

I absolutely like these. They work for the purpose I need them for. They have held up on reliability and strength.

I went horseback riding and wanted to keep my phone handy without dropping it. It was also a great security to have it in my pocket and not worry about theft or it falling out. I also did my test trying to break it and it was all good!

Note the end of the coils. They form a loop for attachment of split ring, or carribiner, by either glueing or welding the coil onto itself. I can't tell which, looks like glue to me, and the connection is poor. This broke the first time I tried opening the split ring to attach a tool. Some other coiled tethers use a crimps on the coil ends. I'm returning. I can't trust these lanyards with anything of value.
