I use 2every morning with 16 oz hot water. Great flavor easy to order and u don’t have to wait for the grocery to restock the boxes. Only ever used it hot although it can be served cold

I love this chai tea but I wish Amazon did better with their packaging, every single box was crushed because they put them in a bag and not a box.
